Our RV pads sit on a working cattle ranch in the heart of Montana — you'll wake up to mountain views, fresh air, and the sounds of the land. Simple, clean, and genuinely peaceful.
30 & 50 amp electrical, water, and sewer connections at every pad. No sharing, no rationing.
Every site is positioned to take in the surrounding Montana landscape — open sky in every direction.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leash. Plenty of open space for a morning walk away from traffic.
Close to Polson and the Mission Mountains — tons of hiking, lakes, and outdoor recreation just minutes away.
A large on-site pond with both a shallow end and a deep end — perfect for cooling off on warm Montana afternoons.
Resident turtles sun themselves around the pond all summer long — easy to spot from the bank.
A pair of bald eagles call our property home — keep an eye on the sky and you're likely to see them soaring overhead.

The Layout
We have two RV sites tucked along the meadow at Kohr View Ranch — both pull-through-friendly, both looking straight at the Mission Mountains.
Each pad is set well apart from the others so you've got privacy and room to spread out. You're a short walk from the swimming pond, the pasture, and the resident bald eagles' favorite trees.

On the Property
A few quiet moments around the ranch — fall mirror on the pond, ranch dogs in fresh snow, our resident barn cat keeping watch at sunset.

Good to Know
Dogs are welcome and must remain on leash at all times. Please clean up after your animals. Out of respect for our livestock, dogs must be secured when unattended.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Generators must be off during quiet hours. This is a working ranch — we appreciate your consideration.
Cancel 48 hours or more before your arrival for a full refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Contact us directly to reschedule.
Please stay within designated areas and respect ranch operations. Do not approach or feed the livestock. Leave your site clean — pack in, pack out.
Use provided fire rings only. Never leave a fire unattended. During fire bans, campfires are not permitted — check local conditions before your visit.
One tow vehicle or additional vehicle included per site. Extra vehicles are $5/night. Please park within your designated pad boundaries.
